SDN Retreat Agreement
SDN retreats have no authority structure – all members participate on an equal footing. The retreats are self-directed by participants who attend. During a retreat, people may develop particular roles which if useful to the success of the retreat can be encouraged. SDN is not a commercial service and every participant accepts responsibility for being part of a shared experience.

But if you don’t have time to prepare that’s OK.
