SDN Workshop Agreement
SDN workshops have no authority structure – all members participate on an equal footing. Workshops are self-directed by participants. People emerge from time to time who may perform key roles during the workshop. SDN is not a commercial service and every participant accepts responsibility for being part of a shared experience.
This agreement has been revised over the years and new points added. It will be subject to on-going revision as our network culture evolves. All participants in SDN workshops agree to adopt the guidelines set out in the Workshop Agreement.

Preparing Your Presentation
Participants at an SDN workshop have the chance to share an issue of interest, discuss a topic, tell us about themselves, demonstrate a useful technique, etc. This is not compulsory - it’s alright to come with no session prepared. However, the workshop offers the opportunity to be heard and to engage on issues of interest: contributions from participants are what make a successful workshop. But if you don’t have time to prepare that’s OK.
